Special Events

Special Events: Events requiring set up or extended possession of the Clubhouse key. These events include but are not limited to weddings, high school reunions, catered events, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Showers, Kids parties, and rentals requiring decoration.

The key must be picked up at/or after 24 hours prior to the day of the scheduled event and must be returned by noon the next day after the cleaning is complete.The Lessee is responsible for the key and should not be transferred to anyone who is not noted on the Rental Agreement. Clubhouse key may be picked up 24 hours before the day of your scheduled event and it must be returned by noon the next day. The Clubhouse must be returned to the same or better condition in which it was found prior to returning the key. Please adhere to posted clean-up guidelines. There are multiple checklists posted throughout the facility.
